Zach Rushing Story Submission Terms

Thank you for sharing your Redneck story! By submitting your story, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a story.
 

2. Original Submission

By submitting your story, you represent that it is your original work or that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

3. Permission to Use Your Story

By submitting your story and checking the Story Permission box, you grant Zach Rushing and his representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.

This includes, but is not limited to, social media, websites, email marketing, podcasts, live shows, advertising, and other promotional materials.

You understand that your story may be edited for length, clarity, or style.

4. Name & Hometown

If your story is featured, Zach Rushing may identify you by your first name and hometown. No other personal information will be shared without your permission.

5. No Compensation

Submitting a story does not guarantee that it will be featured. You understand that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or any other payment if your story is selected for use.

6. Email Communications

By submitting your story, you agree to receive marketing emails from Zach Rushing, including tour announcements, merchandise releases, videos, special offers, and other updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email.

If you choose to opt in to text messages, you also agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to submit a story. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Sponsor Rights

Zach Rushing reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to determine whether a submission will be featured and to remove, decline, or discontinue use of any submission at any time.

8. Privacy

Information collected through this submission form will be used to administer story submissions, communicate with you, and send marketing communications in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
