ACCESSABILITY

Zach Rushing Live is committed to making ZachRushingLive.com usable and accessible to everyone. We actively work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and follow best practices under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our Accessibility Practices

  • Structure & Semantics: Proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA where needed (used sparingly and correctly).

  • Keyboard Access: All interactive elements are reachable and usable by keyboard alone.

  • Visible Focus: Clear focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.

  • Color & Contrast: Text and UI elements meet or exceed contrast ratios recommended by WCAG 2.2 AA.

  • Text Alternatives: Informative alt text for non-decorative images; captions or transcripts for time-based media when available.

  • Forms: Associated labels, clear instructions, and error prevention/handling.

  • Responsive & Zoom: Pages reflow on mobile and support up to 200% zoom without loss of function.

  • Consistent Navigation: Predictable layout and link behavior; avoids unexpected context changes.

Ongoing Efforts

We routinely audit content and templates, run automated and manual tests (including keyboard-only checks and screen reader spot checks), and remediate issues as they’re identified. Accessibility is part of our content, design, and development workflow.

Known Limitations (If Any)

If you encounter an issue, please tell us. We prioritize fixes that block ticket purchases, contact, or essential content.

Third-Party Content & Tools

Our site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., ticketing, video, social media, payment processors). We don’t control their code but we encourage vendors to meet WCAG 2.2 AA and choose accessible options whenever possible. If a third-party tool prevents access, contact us for an equivalent method (e.g., phone/email ticket purchases).

Assistive Technology & Browser Support

We aim to support the latest two major versions of:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge

  • Operating Systems: iOS, Android, macOS, Windows

  • Assistive Tech (examples): VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, JAWS

If you experience issues on a supported setup, please let us know which browser/OS/assistive tech you’re using.
